We Order From Chemical Suppliers and Sometimes They Are Out Of The Product We Use In the Kits. Most Of The Time We Have a Good Number Of Kits On Hand. When we have Sales sometimes we get a bit overwhelmed with orders but be assured we will not sacrifice the quality of our kits by rushing out orders. Usually when worst comes to worst there might be a four day delay on your kit but that is not the usual case. We work hard to make each and every customer the Highest priority and if you reach us through email or our toll free number we will do everything to make your buying experience with us enjoyable.

4) How Do You Get The Aluminum Seals Off And Where Is The Rubber Stoppers
UPDATED:
We have updated our aluminum tops so they will just peel off easily on the oil and dissolving solution vials. No need for pliers just lift the tab and they peel off. The final vial still comes with the original center disk tear out.
